Dr. Cédric Middel

Cédric Middel is a postdoctoral researcher investigating the systemic drivers of unhealthy dietary behaviours and how these can be changed. He is particularly interested in the role of commercial actors such as food retailers and the packaging and processing industry. His current research focusses on the role of these commercial actors and their interests in creating and addressing unhealthy food environments.

Cédric performs his research as part of the DRIVERS project, funded by a ZonMw VIDI grant.
